A long apprenticeship in shipping — then systems that outlast the project.
I am a Staff-level product designer and Design Systems Lead. For more than a decade I have worked across fintech, travel, banking, and eCommerce — from 0-to-1 products to platforms serving large customer bases. I am most useful when a company is navigating scale, multiple markets, or needs real interface infrastructure instead of ad hoc decisions.
The arc
I started in Poland and spent formative years in Dublin designing hotels and travel sites at volume — Net Affinity, Webtrade, and later Coffeecream Themes. That period taught taste under constraint and the discipline of shipping. Awards for mobile travel work in 2013 were early proof that craft and business could meet.
Through Speednet I entered multi-client complexity: German banking, Nordic retail, insurance, and resource-management SaaS. Futuresight put me inside Teledyne FLIR’s customer platform. SFR3 immersed me in American PropTech pace and data culture. Almatar is where product ownership and systems architecture became the same job — Principal on Flights, then Lead Design System Architect across brands and platforms.
Where I want to work
I am based in Poland and work remotely. I am always interested in new remote opportunities, with a particular pull toward Staff and Design Systems roles in the Nordics — and strong interest across the EU, MENA, and the US.
Earlier work
